How it all started.
When the world was in chaos because of the pandemic, Creative Mindz Studios and BPO Solutions came to life. The founder who was once a BPO agent for 10 years started his journey as a CSR, and working his way to becoming a supervisor then going up as a manager and handled different types of LOB’s to name a few are Real State, Insurance Claims processing and management, HR and Admin tasks, Purchasing, VA, EA, Finance and many more.
After 10 years, he decided to venture into freelancing as Customer Support, Executive Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, and many more at the same time working as a part time Director for Operations in a BPO company. When pandemic strikes the globe, the company forces him to work onsite even if Covid19 cases are still rising in their are and it made him decide to stop working from that company and do a fulltime freelancing job.
He was able to get good clients and fortune hits him last August 2020 his clients began demanding higher levels of quality support that were efficient and cost effective. Hence the creation of Creative Mindz Studios and BPO Solutions. Now the company obtain clients across US and targeting clients globally this 2021.
